Rope Skipping Canada (RSC) is our national governing body.
International Jump Rope Union (IJRU) is the international governing body. A resource for judging training and rule books, etc.
CANSkip is a learn to skip leveled badge program from RSC.
The Tricktionary is an online resource for many of the skills you will see at competitions. A great resource to learn some new tricks!
